Finance and Accountancy Recruitment Consultant - Windsor, Berkshire

Experienced Recruitment Consultant Required - Fantastic opportunity to develop recruitment career in Financial recruitment for a highly motivated and money hungry recruitment consultant.

My client has been established since 1994 specialising in Accountancy and Financial Recruitment and managing vacancies from part qualified through to qualified and senior executive positions. The company has been built upon building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients resulting in new relationships being formed through recommendations.

They currently have a vacancy for their Thames Valley office for an experienced recruitment professional ideally within the financial sector. However my client will consider applicants from any recruitment background as market knowledge can be gained quickly. The important characteristics of being a successful recruitment consultant and excellence in delivering results are the key factors that are important to the client.

The ideal candidate will display the following:

• Recruitment industry experience in any sector
• Money hungry individual keen to maximise their earnings
• Ability to think outside the box
• Ability to generate new leads
• Be a team-player

You will be rewarded with a generous basic and uncapped commission scheme which differs from the norm - offering you the chance to be in control of how much you earn. The company offer excellent training facilities and a structured route to career progression.
