Our client in Reading, is a very reputable IT  and Engineering recruitment consultancy who are looking to grow and expand their existing recruitment team. They have been established for many years and have a fantastic name in the industry.

Recruitment is extremely challenging, and only certain individuals will be suited to the environment and the challenges you will face. We are looking for the following:

• Hunger and desire to earn money! This is possibly the most important trait you will need
• Be a Graduate or of graduate calibre 
• Being able to meet and exceed targets and having the drive to do so
• Be willing to go the extra mile (this is not a 9am - 5pm job)
• You must be confident and have a social personality
• A lot of your role will be phoning candidates and clients, so excellent communication skills are needed - if you have telesales/telemarketing experience then this will be a huge advantage but this is not essential
• You must be able to think outside the box
• Are you tenacious and resilient?
• Able to stand out from the crowd.
