My client is one of the most recognisable brands in recruitment with offices throughout the UK they have a network which covers many market specialism's. As a major part of a the group, my clients finance division are a leader in their market and recruit senior, qualified finance staff across every market sector across the UK catering for Blue Chip and FTSE 100 organisations as well as SME's.
As a part of continued growth they are recruiting experienced Permanent Consultants to join their professional, successful team in Redhill. Consultants work in a vertical market recruiting senior finance staff into commerce and industry. You will walk into a business that has an excellent market share, great reputation and an enviable client base.
Consultants will ideally come from a senior finance recruitment background although other, similar market sectors will be considered. You will have a good track record in recruitment sales and the ability to build relationships with senior candidates in a very competitive market. Strong influencing skills, persistent, drive and ambition are pre-requisites for this role. In return for your experience you will be rewarded with a very competitive basic salary, uncapped commission and an opportunity to work for one of the leading brands in UK recruitment.
