This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in HR Recruitment. They are a nationwide company and have outstanding resources and reputation in this specialist area. They are seeking Recruitment Consultants to join their Nottingham office and offer a competitive basic salary of £18,000 - £24,000, excellent commission structure and bonuses.

The Role:

· Create and maintain effective relationships with both clients and candidates
· Source new candidates and expand the company database
· Research prospect clients and make sales calls to them to establish their needs
· Take detailed job orders and person specifications from clients
· Act as a candidates first point of contact and maintain high service levels
· Manage workload and time in order to produce optimum results
· Match candidates to clients business needs
· Mailshot clients

The Person:

· Team player
· Ability to establish, maintain & develop relationships externally and internally
· Ability to work on own initiative yet effectively as part of a team
· Sales and target driven

The Package:

· Basic salary negotiable depending on salary
