Our client is a leading accountancy and financial recruitment organization which is part of a large international business. They have around 33 offices across the UK and due to expansion; they are seeking consultants with recruitment experience.

They have an excellent reputation and an enviable client base. This will be an opportunity for the suitable individual to earn almost guaranteed money.

The role
• You will be responsible for generating fees and maximising the profitability of your own specialist market. As well as benefiting from the support of an experienced team, you will need to use your professional sales skills to develop strong relationships with your client base and candidates. You will enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive, target-driven environment and being well-rewarded for your successes.
• Your role will be extremely varied and you must be able to adapt to a variety of demands on your time.
• Pro-actively developing relationships with your clients through regular contact, face-to-face meetings and providing a high quality recruitment service
• Identifying and developing new clients through commercial activity
• Extensive direct marketing of candidates and recruitment solutions to your clients
• Interviewing a wide variety of candidates and providing a consultative service to find them the right job
• Matching the best candidate to your jobs in a consultative, professional and efficient manner.

Person specification
• Ideally recruitment experience from any sector
• Ambition - you're blessed with an entrepreneurial spirit and a healthy competitive streak
• Communication Skills - you'll be outgoing, friendly and able to relate to individuals at all levels
• Passion - you'll have natural ability to find proactive solutions and welcome being -challenged.
• Confidence - you're always calm, even under the most extreme pressure.
• Determination - you believe in working hard and to the highest possible standards.
