Business Development Recruitment Consultant: Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or B2B sales professional within sales and marketing or technical industries to join an ambitious company who as a team, have established a strong and enviable reputation as one of the most innovative and exciting consultancies in the U.K.

Based in modern Corporate offices in Solihull this niche consultancy specialise in providing professional candidates into Global , SME and start up enterprises partnering with some of the most prestigious and innovative organisations within Consumer Electronics, Mobile Communications and the Wireless market place covering the U.K., Europe, Asia and the US.

The Role:
· Business Development & Sales
· Client relations, negotiation, sales
· Manage a small team of experienced Consultants
· Ability to looking outside the box to source the right candidates
· Ability to meet targets in a highly pressurised environment
· Interviewing, screening and matching high demand candidates to specific roles
· Working to high standards and providing a superior service at all times

The Person:
You will have the ability to communicate at all levels, have an excellent telephone manner and experience of working within sales or recruitment recruitment. This is a demanding, varied and challenging role but an excellent opportunity to manage your own desk autonomously.
· Proven achievements career to date.
· Evidence of stable work record, career planning and the stamina to succeed in previous roles.
· Pro-active attitude
· Sales driven and ambitious
· Motivated and hungry for success.

The Package:
· Basic salary is dependent on experience from £20,000 for Trainees up to £45,000. Plus OTE and excellent benefits including lap top, parking and industry leading commission.
