Recruitment Consultant : Accountancy Specialist

*Basic to £28,000 depending upon experience.
*Realistic 1st year OTE High

Our client has recently moved in to new premises based on the outskirts of the city. They are a growing company with a passionate team. With an annual turnover heading towards £25M they are an exciting prospect.

They are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team. The role will be as challenging as it is rewarding.
You will have your own specialist market to develop but benefit from working in a highly supportive and motivated team environment. Your responsibilities will include:

? Pro-actively identifying new business opportunities
? Interviewing and assessing candidates to determine their suitability for jobs
? Providing a high quality service in a professional business environment to both candidates and clients.
? Using sales, marketing and consulting skills to maintain and further develop relationships with your clients and candidates

To be a successful recruitment consultant you need to be energetic, tenacious, determined and passionate about what you do.
You must be able to deal with a variety of people in a confident, personable and professional manner and have the ambition to be the best at what you do.
