The Company:
My client was established in 1991. They specialise in recruiting Office, Administrative and Secretarial personnel for a variety of industries within London.
The Role:
My client is looking for two experienced commercial recruiters, preferable who have worked together before, to work within their Perm division.
The Candidate:
Candidates must:
Have proven sales experience.
A Good Sense of Humour.
Be mature
Thick Skinned
Play hard/Work Hard
Quick on feet
Good at new business
Sales orientated as well as relationship builder.
Sociable
The Package and Benefits:
Basics up to £25k plus 20% commission after £5k threshold. 10% up to £5k if target is hit.
