Commercial & Industrial Recruitment Consultants - Basic £22k - £28k (Opportunities in Slough and Reading)

Our client is an extremely reputable recruitment business within the Thames Valley area. They operate within various divisions and as the markets are picking up they are now looking to recruit 2 Recruitment Consultants within the Berkshire area. They currently have 4 sites across the Thames Valley region and can work around your location for the most convenient site for you. Locations include Slough and the Reading/Maidenhead area.
They have a great name in the recruitment sector and have been established for over 10 years. If you want to get into a team leader/management role this organisation also has a defined path for you to follow meaning you can progress your career from a recruitment consultant within 12 months. They have relaxed targets for your first 6 months in the business in terms of what they expect you to bill.
We would consider any recruitment background but you must have an involvement in sourcing candidates and developing business. Applications from sales backgrounds will also be considered, but you must know what the role of a recruiter involves.
