What the successful candidate must possess :

*12 Months Recruitment experience;with strong billing figures
*Strong time management and organisation skills (You will be given full autonomy to manage your own desk)
*Strong commercial understanding
*Proven ability to build your own business
*A passion for creative industries or the desire to learn
*Pro-active nature, not afraid to 'push on' regardless of whatever knock backs may occur
