We are growing and are looking for bright, engaging and ambitious graduates to train into and develop their recruitment careers in the world of Marketing, Research, Sales, Media, PR and Intelligence.

Training & Progression
Our rigorous, market-leading training programme comprises external and internal courses, plus on-the-job training, and together these will equip you with all the sales and recruitment skills you need to be a high-achieving and high-earning Consultant. After your initial training (typically 10-12 weeks) you will join one of our specialist teams where you will have the opportunity to develop your own business base and manage high profile recruitment campaigns.
Early responsibility and achievement are actively encouraged at Resources Group and we can offer progression into team leadership and/or key account management, while our Sydney office is also growing rapidly which offers successful Consultants the opportunity to enjoy secondments 'down-under'.
The Rewards
We reward achievement at every level in the business. Our Consultants enjoy market-leading salaries plus a progressive and lucrative commission scheme and first year incomes for successful Consultants are realistically in the £30-£40,000 band, while year two incomes can be £60-£70,000 and much higher.
In addition to high earnings, Resources Group provides a range of additional benefits including: pension, private health cover, company car (on promotion to Senior Consultant), lucrative high performance bonuses, prizes and other incentives and rewards.
So, what do we need?
Bright, articulate and ambitious graduates with a decent degree from a decent University. Graduates with some experience in recruitment and/or business sales who are interested in the world of Marketing. But above all, graduates who get it', who have an acute commercial sense and who can engage with clients and people across the Marketing spectrum.
