Media Recruitment Consultant - Part-Time London - £20k-£26k + £45k OTE

Your Profile
As a Media Recruitment Consultant you have previous experience in Recruitment, ideally within the Sales or Media sector. You are looking for a part-time role (ideally 3 days per week) and you are still committed to meeting Sales targets and earning lots of bonus. You have a sound background in Recruitment and pride yourself on being a proficient and competent Recruiter. You have a proven track record and you are looking to further develop your Sales career on a part-time basis owing to other commitments. You are driven by delivery of an excellent service and pride yourself on offering a tailored solution to both candidates and clients. As a Media Recruitment Consultant you manage and control the Recruitment process thoroughly, with precision and attention to detail. The perfect candidate will have an articulate approach and enjoy communicating at different levels, with proven business development and key account management skills - with the figures to prove it!

The Role
This role involves a job share on a proven desk that has billed in excess of £200k in the past. You will be working as part of the Interim Media team, offering specialist Media Sales candidates to companies on a temporary basis. This desk is fast! you need to be sharp and on the ball.

PFJ will provide you with specific training to become a highly successful Media Recruiter. You will be given some leading Media clients as well as Media roles to work on but for the most part you will be contacting old/lapsed clients reminding them of the pfj brand and service. This is an
opportunity to build more relationships with clients and candidates to gain excellent financial rewards. Working for our flagship sector, you will be working with some prestigious clients within all areas of Media - from national press to sexy consumer magazines. The Media Industry is an exciting and exuberant sector to work in - with candidates and clients being Sales people
the ability to influence is essential.
