Job Description

My client is a niche, boutique international recruitment consultancy specialising in the PR, Creative, Marketing, Digital and Sales sectors.
Based in London's West End, you will be working alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants with responsibility for recruiting into the PR and Communications space on a freelance and permanent basis. This is very much a consultative role, working in an autonomous, non KPI driven environment but although you will be given a warm desk, you will be expected to build relationships with other clients too.
The successful candidate will have previous recruitment experience, ideally in a creative sector, good networking skills and a positive and proactive approach to work. In return you will receive a competitive basic salary, high OTE, excellent benefits and long term career opportunities.
