Niche, boutique HR recruitment business in the City of London is seeking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant. They are a well established business with an excellent name in the market.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the permanent team. You would be placing senior HR professionals into the Media & Entertainment space on salaries from £50k-£90k.
You will inherit a warm desk with an existing client base, will be liaising at Director level and account managing relationships with some high profile clients however you will also have to develop new business to drive the earning potential of the desk.
The working environment is very adult; there is no micro-management and it is not at all KPI driven. Although HR recruitment experience is not necessary, the ideal candidate will have recruited at senior level, possess superb networking skills, a successful track record of billings and the drive to succeed.
