Our client has 18 years of history, and has recently been bought out by the world's largest creative recruiter. They now have the capacity to build on an already successful team, with a £2.5 million pound turnover last year.
You will be working to the "inch wide, mile deep" philosophy, therefore you will become a specialist within your designated sector. As you will be coming onto a warm desk, you would not be required to bring on new clients straight away, but as the role progresses, you will be required to develop your desk further.
Our client will consider strong candidates from a variety of backgrounds, but a passion for media is a must and creativity is crucial. As a full 360 recruitment role, you will need to be proactive, energetic and have an entrepreneurial focus, as well as demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. You can expect;
·A competitive salary, relative to experience to date, starting from £20k.
·Quarterly, uncapped individual commission structure, starting on 30%, and increasing to 40%.
