Senior Recruitment Consultant, Creative London
£25-40k basic + £80k OTE

Due to their on going success they are looking to strengthen their team with a senior consultant. You don't need creative background but must be bright and switched on and have at least 2 years recruitment experience. For people who know they are good but realize that there is more to the recruitment than what they perhaps do at present then this is the perfect role for you.

They will pay anything from 25-40k basic for the right people. Equity could potentially be offered to the right senior person if its going to be deemed that they can make a difference.

You will be involved in all aspects of recruitment including:

· Cold calling new and existing clients for job opportunities
· Managing existing client relationships & developing new business
· Face to face meetings with clients to sell their services
· Consulting with clients over job descriptions & specifications
· Assessing & interviewing candidates
· Preparing & arranging interviews for candidates with clients
· Negotiating terms with their clients and candidates
· Providing continual support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
· Making business decisions on market conditions, fee-generation & long term relationships
· Placing candidates into the right positions!
