Trainee Recruitment Consultant Media London
£20,000 basic + uncapped commission. Realistic OTE £35,000+.

This is a fantastic chance for you to start your career as a recruitment consultant in an independent specialist business recruiting finance and office support staff into Media Owners and Marketing Services. This recruitment company has a friendly and relaxed dress down office environment, with a generous commission structure and monthly nights out for those who hit targets. You will work as a resourcer for 3 months before progressing to become a recruitment consultant. This is part of the candidate training, before you're taught how to manage the clients. Although you will be starting on a desk with established clients, business development will still play an important part of your day. Support will always be provided, but as a recruitment consultant with this company you will be expected to manage your own desk, so must be a self motivated and driven.

Day to day activities as a recruitment consultant include client and candidate calls and meetings, cold calling new business, managing the recruitment process with active candidates and marketing new roles. It is varied and fast paced, and although it is challenging, those who work hard are rewarded for this. As such the recruitment industry offers excellent career progression, and with this company you can have not only success but a job you enjoy getting up to go to in the morning!
