Recruitment Consultant - Leeds
Basic: up to £27KOTE:uncapped - £45K
Benefits: Commission up to 30%, healthcare, pension, bonus and incentives
Training: 2 weeks in London, mentoring and ongoing development

Your Role Creative Recruitment Consultant

Your role will be to develop and maintain clients in your niche field across the Yorkshire and the North West. There is already an existing client portfolio and a large database of candidates. You will have previous experience as a recruitment consultant, and be driven to further progress your career within a fantastic company that offers great training, development and excellent progression possibilities.

Ideal Candidate
·Recruitment experience in creative or marketing arena (other professional sectors will be considered)
·Mature attitude and proven track record in providing a consultative service
·Drive to succeed and achieve in a lucrative and fast-paced sector
·Degree-educated
