Salary up to £25k + Bonus 20% + Benefits

My client is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to work in their prestigious offices in Leeds city centre. The successful consultant will be tasked in developing new clients with the Marketing (non -creative) sector. This is a great opportunity to work with some of the UK's most recognised brands. My client provides training at their HQ in Manchester, all travel and accommodation expenses paid, career opportunities and an attractive commission plan. This is a unique opportunity to work within the UK's digital industry, a fantastic role for someone with a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience.

The role

• Source, screen and interview suitable candidates
• Service existing clients and develop new clients
• Conduct sales visits and meet clients
• Build relationships with your candidates
• Be accountable to the recruitment methodology of the branch.

The person

Be abe to communicate in a face to face environment as well as possess a great telephone manner.

• Have strong relationship developing skills and be CANDIDATE DRIVEN! Essential!
• A proven track record of successfully managing your own market sector coupled with the ability to consistently achieve KPI targets and deliver monthly revenue.
• Great levels of energy and enthusiasm and attention to detail
• Be competent in diary and territory management.
• This person will have good commercial awareness and business acumen, capable of analysing the regional market and market trends. With the ability to identify business opportunities, creating business plans and implementing strategy
• Be target driven with a desire to succeed
• Confidence to network at business functions
