The Job
You will work alongside one of the industrys guru recruiters as well as the regional director for the business. You will dovetail with the practice leader, rather than working solo and will have a remit to cross sell into strategic accounts across the business

This organisation is a boutique, mid tier and highly respected brand looking to add weight to its Sydney Tax practice. Average billings per consultant are well in excess of $600,000 driven largely by excellent branding, intelligent positioning in the market, first class consultants and global reach. This firms approach to business is consultative and long term with an eye on relationships and quality rather than a fast buck. As a result their success and presence in Asia Pac has gone from strength to strength.
About You
The practice leader is a guru in this market with significant technical knowledge hence tax experience is ideal but not essential. Some contact with accounting or finance recruitment is a must however. You will be a quality driven, consultative recruiter ideally with some team building experience and demonstrably solid billings. The firm is, however, amenable to training hence a more junior applicant looking to rise through the ranks would be welcome.
