Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Banking and Finance

The Sales Role

The graduate trainee consultant will be engaged in numerous roles including sourcing candidates, cold calling potential clients, interviewing candidates, negotiating salaries and organising client meetings.

The Reward

- The basic salary is 20K and operates on an uncapped commission basis. Expected OTE for Year One is 40K. Top trainee recruiter earned 107K in Year One.
