This multi sector recruitment consultancy is looking for 4 trainee recruitment consultants for its Milton Keynes office. It recruits for the Public Sector, Finance, IT, and Legal sectors, and since being established by industry leaders in 2001 has built an excellent reputation and undergone impressive growth. The environment here is team orientated and fast paced, suitable for a recruitment consultant who is hard working, a team player, tenacious, sociable, and commercially aware. As a trainee recruitment consultant your day to day activities will include:
·Marketing - cold and warm calling
· Client and candidate meetings/interviews
· Writing adverts
· Administration and time management of work
· Generating and finding business/jobs for our candidates
· Generating candidates for our client's recruitment needs
Making sure work is enjoyable as well as lucrative is important to this company, and as a recruitment consultant here you will receive numerous benefits, including free eye tests, BUPA insurance after 1 year, a clothing allowance and champagne Fridays.
