• Salary - £20,000 - £25,000
• Generous uncapped commission structure. It is absolutely realistic to be doubling your salary by the end of your first year and seeing it increase from there. (The top recruitment consultants in the business earn six figures).

To apply for this role you should:  

• Be a graduate OR of graduate calibre
• Have at least 3 months experience in working as a recruitment consultant dealing with a specialist sector. IT, Engineering, Pharmaceutical or Banking sector experience is ideal, but other sectors will be considered.
• Key qualities that you will need to succeed are a natural flair for sales, drive, ambition, determination, professionalism, assertiveness, confidence and an articulate telephone manner.
