International Recruitment Company demonstrating outstanding year to date sales figures is looking for an urgent hire within their banking division. With a Global reach and major blue chip client base your specialist skill set will include knowledge of recruiting in (and not restricted to):
Your remit will be to further develop the high profile banking division within either the perm OR contract market. With significant client relationships already established you will inherit a huge portfolio of existing accounts where your key requirement will be to further penetrate these clients and develop further business within them.
You will be a career recruiter with extensive knowledge of the financial markets and specifically the banking sector. You will have a solid track record of recruiting banking personnel. You will have either perm or contract experience and will have the drive and determination to further develop your skills in this exceptional company.
On offer is a base salary to £35K (negotiable) with an individual commission scheme, car / allowance and various company perks. Above all this is your chance to join a firm that invest heavily in their staff and reward high achievers with promotions and financial gains.
