A rare opportunity to join a progressive consultancy based in the City. Building on the success they are experiencing in the UK they are looking to expand internationally by opening offices in Europe and Australasia.
You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with high calibre finance candidates within commerce and industry and the emerging markets. You will have ownership of the complete sales process including identifying market opportunities through analysis, establishing relationships with clients and building networks of industry professionals using a variety of creative search techniques. In addition you will be organising and managing interview processes, negotiating and closing business with clients and managing accounts.
The ideal candidate comes from a finance recruitment background with a minimum of two years experience in this sector. As well as being motivated by high earnings your focus is on high quality relationship building and providing a service with integrity and flair. You will be looking for a work environment where the consultants are encouraged to be entrepreneurial, innovative and supported by management.
