Are you currently working as Recruitment Consultant, for a company where they watch your every move ,have phone timers and you constantly feel pushed to deliver on unrealistic targets, to earn a promised OTE that seems just that little to far away to grasp?

My client is a leader in the Investment Banking market place and is looking for recruitment consultants with a minimum 12 months recruitment experience in the investment banking/financial services/insurance arenas; who they can mould and further train in to business professionals able to work in partnership with their client's recruitment needs.
Basic salaries start at 22k and go up to 35k dependant on experience and billing figures, there is also a commission structure that will get you to the 100k plus mark roughly working out that you do take home a 3rd of what you earn!
