Recruitment Consultant - Legal Recruitment - Global Insurance markets

Operating within a number of niche insurance / financial services markets the company is a genuine market leader with an excellent global reputation. They are enjoying continued success and are seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to further develop their legal recruitment business, working across the UK and Europe on a wide range of mid-to-senior level positions from In-House Lawyers and Claims Adjusters to General Counsels and Claims Directors, as well as Senior Associates and Partners within Private Practice.

This year there are several £1M+ billers and numerous half million billers. As well as competitive salary and benefits my client offers recruitment consultants excellent commission (>25%) which means that £50K+ in year 1 and six figures in year 2 is the norm. The average annual billing of the recruitment consultants who have been in the business more than 12 months is £350K.

Requirements

18 months + recruitment experience . Legal into Financial / Insurance preferred, but applications will be considered from Recruitment Consultants from other sectors, who have good communication skills, a polished approach and a genuine desire to work in this sector.
