Basic up to £16K, 1st Year OTE £22K, Fantastic prospects, training and excellent working environment Your Profile As a graduate or of graduate calibre you have developed your sales or commercial skills ideally within a proactive B2B environment since leaving University and you are now eager to transfer these skills to gain a career in recruitment. You feel you will be successful as a graduate recruitment consultant because you are confident, proactive, money hungry and you have a sound understanding of the role of a recruitment consultant. You understand that recruitment is a competitive and pressurised environment and feel that you will thrive within this arena. Your communication, negotiation and persuasive skills are second to none and will guarantee your success in recruitment! As this role is recruiting for the Lancashire region, you will ideally have a good knowledge of the area. The Role After completing a detailed program of both in-house and outside the business training you will become a fully-fledged recruitment consultant carrying out the full 360-degree role of a recruitment consultant. You will be expected to manage existing clients working with an enviable list of local Lancashire companies who are looking for banking, finance, call centre and admin personnel. This will include managing accounts, carrying out face-to-face meetings. By understanding your clients recruitment needs you will then begin to source suitable candidates for your clients and manage process from initial interview stage to the offer stage.
