Exciting apprenticeship as Researcher (Trainee Recruitment Consultant role).

Working as a Researcher you will be serving a trainee recruitment consultant apprenticeship with duties including headhunting and telephone interviewing senior candidates who work in specialised insurance / financial services roles globally. These activities will also generate new client contacts for the business. 

Having served your apprenticeship and become confident and competent in the Researcher / Trainee Recruitment Consultant role (typically 6-12 months) you will have the opportunity to be promoted to a full Recruitment Consultant role which will include business development and the management of client relationships. 

The Benefits:

• £18,000 - £22,000 Researcher basic salary + excellent commission
• On target earnings of £30,000+ in the Researcher role.
• Salary increase and on target earnings of £50,000+ once promoted to Recruitment Consultant (Many of the consultants who have been with the business for several years are earning £100,000+).

Person specification:

• Be a graduate with at least six months sales experience within a target driven environment, now seeking to leverage that experience to gain a position with a top class, specialist recruitment consultancy.
• Confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated and lively sales orientated person
• Commitment, passion, energy and a drive to succeed
• Naturally competitive and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Be career-focused and committed to developing yourself into a successful recruitment consultant.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and talk credibly with senior candidates within the insurance / banking sectors.
