COMPANY
An excellent opportunity has arisen for risk & compliance specialists to work within a very dynamic organisation. You will be part of a team providing advice across internal audit, risk & compliance and corporate secretaries for a number of small, medium and large domestic and multi national organisations in the, Banking and Public Accounting sectors. Permanent and Contract positions

ROLE
Oversight and monitoring of risk & compliance across all regulated sectors.
Developing a risk management framework, in order to identify, assess and mitigate the risks.
Work with senior management to engender a compliance culture.
Manage the company's relationships with the regulatory bodies.
Provide advice to the business on all compliance related matters.

ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
1. Strong technical compliance skills, preferably with experience of managing a compliance function.
2. The ability to work within a highly entrepreneurial environment, whilst still focusing on managing the risks.
3. Commercial awareness and an innovative approach to problem solving.
4. Knowledge of investment management, corporate finance and private equity.

TRAINING / PROGRESSION

PACKAGE
Salary commensurate on experience and seniority and ranges between $Sing100-150K & $HK60 - 90K
