Harry Owen Recruitment is representing a large Financial Recruitment Consultancy based in London. They have 120 consultants and 7 offices worldwide. The deal with Back and Middle Office Operations, Risk, Compliance, Pensions, Insurance, Corporate Finance into Financial Institutions.
Role:
• Recruitment Consultant (Perms consultant)
• Working within the Risk team placing analysts into Financial Institutions – Investment banks, Asset Management Firms, Hedge Funds
• You will be placing candidates at the senior end of the market, salaries of £50k upwards
• Looking for consultants to develop their own clients. There will be a large element of account management as they are on a number of big PSL’s, with the majority of the investment banks
Environment;
• Young, dynamic and hardworking. There are great opportunities to progress quickly, either with in your team or looking at other divisions and earn lots of money.
• They offer good training to get consultants billing well. Plus good commission
• They have many jobs coming through the doors, so they need good fillers, consultants are on average billing 250k in their 2nd years
Commission:
Below is the commission if billing the following amounts;
• 10k pm = £500pm = £6000pa
• 15k pm = £1750pm = £21,000pa
• 20k pm = £3000pm = £36,000pa
• 25k pm = £4250pm = £51,000pa
• 30k pm = £5500pm = £66,000pa
Basic Salary:
Consultants – 25k to 30k
Senior Consultants – 30k to 40k
What we are looking for:
• Consultants with minimum 12 months experience within Finance Recruitment
• Specific Market experience
• Largely what they will be looking for is potential and a good work ethic
• Strong business development skills
• Hardworking, well presented, confident
• Ambitious and looking for a career in recruitment
