Base: £22K

OTE: £45K+ (Year 1)

This prestigious business is opening their doors to trainee and graduates in order to find a pool of ambitious individuals who want to grow with this multi-national firm.

With offices based in the heart of London, Singapore, Australia and New York you will be exposed to a superb and vast clientele base. It is a regular occurrence for my client to take the team on regular trips to each international office to meet clients and to reaffirm their reputation for being one of the most consultative firms in the marketplace.

Day to day duties of a recruitment consultant will involve, generating candidates, market mapping, developing leads and mentoring your candidates through the interview process.

You should have the ability to be direct with all levels of seniority as my client works with a diverse and unique range of some of the UK's largest and fastest growing companies.

You are in charge of how much money you make! Monthly incentives include; boxes at your favourite Rugby/Football matches, Tickets to London Film Premiers, all-expenses paid holidays, £2,000 shopping vouchers, lunch trips to Paris and Rome, monthly suit incentives and MORE!
