Base Salary £60k + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
One of the UKs specialist financial services search firms covering all major global financial centres is looking for an experienced Search Consultant. The firm, headquartered in London, was founded in 2002 and has since built a strong reputation for delivering search-driven recruitment solutions.
Their client base comprises a small selection of leading financial institutions whose human capital requirements they cover comprehensively across most functions and asset classes.
Joining the team with specific responsibility for the Global Markets, you will be working on numerous senior mandates within these markets across Europe, Russia, North America and the Middle East. The Global Markets practice consists of product specialists supported by dedicated researchers who deliver recruitment solutions across trading, structuring, distribution and analytics. We focus on the equity, credit, rates, foreign exchange and commodity markets, covering the full spectrum of vanilla and structured products on behalf of clients across Europe, Asia and North America.
Holding a tertiary qualification from a recognised University your background will either be working these markets in the City or recruiting for these areas for a minimum of 3 years. You will be personally ambitious and driven to become an expert in your area expanding and developing the business at every opportunity.
The business is very much relationship-driven and you will always work to the highest moral and ethical standards, enabling consultants and researchers to understand the needs of the client all the better. They promote a close team-working culture where information is shared as efficiently as possible, and where fresh market intelligence is the most prized commodity. Remuneration is reflective of experience but always above the market average.
