Salary: £20K + £60K (Year 1) OTE

Located in the heart of London's city centre this business is giving you the opportunity to join an environment that is fast paced, buzzing, sociable and driven. You will join their team of leading industry specialists where there is key focus on your development and growth in the company.

This reputable recruitment firm are now looking to hire 5 individuals who are hungry for success and ready to climb the career ladder quickly. You will be selected to represent this business, recruiting the executives and seniors into the highest calibre of opportunities. All trainees will be jetted off to the New York offices for a 1 week intense training course that will be held by the MD of the business!

As a recruitment consultant for this market leading company you will be conducting interview with a high calibre of candidates, liaising on a day to day basis with CEO's and MD's in your clientele base, shortlisting and representing your candidates, generating new business leads and headhunting potential candidates.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate competitiveness and drive through either personal or academic achievements.
• This is a fast paced environment that requires you to be proactive and motivated.
