RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT MANAGER, FINANCE LONDON
£30K BASIC + £60K OTE
Our client is a recruitment specialist and provider of talent management, outsourcing and consulting services. With a balanced portfolio of contract and permanent business split between financial services and commerce and industry, our client delivers recruitment solutions covering Audit, HR, Law, Sales, Finance and IT. Due to their on going success they are looking for recruitment account managers for their banking and finance division in central London.
Their commitment to setting industry standards for quality and professionalism has led to rapid growth far in excess of industry standard. Our client has been placed in the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 and as a Group, they are recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in Europe.

Duties are as follows:
- Direct liaison with and influence of on site-recruitment teams
- Successful attraction, selection and placement of candidates across the financial and technical banking sectors
- Management of existing AP temp workforce within these accounts
- Resourcing candidates from the network
- Obtaining candidate referrals from registered and placed candidates
- Copywriting
This role offers the chance for those who wish to become more involved with one particular client. The role will be both challenging and rewarding and also gives the opportunity to work on an e-procurement system. You will need to bring to the role a very strong work ethic, proven ability to fill temporary or permanent vacancies, and the will to deliver a high quality of service at all times. Preferably you will also need some headhunting ability.
