The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years recruitment experience, with a minimum of 6 months worth of billing in a 360 role. You will have exposure of Finance and Accountancy recruitment with in the financial services sector, Industry and Commerce, Public sector or any type of mid to senior level recruitment. However the client will consider hungry consultants who have experience in other sectors but are looking for a career change and demonstrate the passion and desire to exceed expectations. Although warm desks are available, with an existing base of clients to work with, there is a view of building the desk up through the introduction of developing new business via lead generation. In addition, it is essential you have the ability headhunt and track talent.
