Salary and Benefits

Basic salary starting at £20,000, rising to £25,000 by end of first year (Year one OTE £40,000, Year two £60,000+. Top recruiters are earning six figures)

The role

The company is renowned for providing an industry recognised training scheme to their trainee recruitment consultants. This includes an initial residential training course, on the job coaching, e-learning, classroom training sessions, mentoring and self learning.

From the first month you'll be given your own patch and have the opportunity to make placements and earn commission. Your role as a trainee recruitment consultant will include:

Developing relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and advising them on suitable candidate profiles and market trends.
Creating your own network of candidates from a variety of sources including advertising, job boards, professional networking sites and the company's internal database.
Ensuring the right candidate is put forward for the right role, thus ensuring clients receive the quality service they expect.
Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle including finding candidates, assessing their skills, matching them to the job and the interview process.
Acting as a mediator in negotiating with your clients and candidates to secure a sale - the placement of your candidate!
Achieving challenging sales targets, receiving incentives and bonuses and having fun!
