This is an exciting opportunity to join an international consultancy in this niche market. With 10years industry experience they have a solid client base and a reputation for building exceptional relationships with both candidates and clients.
They are looking for an exceptional candidate who is of graduate calibre and who has at least 12months recruitment experience. Sector specific experience is not necessary, although you must have an interest in this field, as the in-house training will address any sector specific shortfall. You must have a strong sales background and have a flair for business development.
Joining a corporate environment you will be driven to succeed and must be able to work independently while contributing to the team effort. With an excellent base salary and benefits including gym membership, car allowance and healthcare, there is also an outstanding commission structure.
