Background:
Due to increased client demand, Finiti Search is looking to grow its consulting team with the addition of an experienced consultant. We are also looking for a junior consultant / resourcer.
Successful candidates will report to the Head of Consulting and have the opportunity to play a key role in a small but expanding organisation; helping to shape its development through the continued success that they bring. Responsibilities:
As a Consultant, you will be a specialist in a particular area of the Banking Technology market. As a subject matter expert in your market and an excellent networker and relationship builder, you will add value to the hiring process for everyone you meet. You will manage projects from start to finish, from sourcing candidates to deal closure.
Responsibilities include
- Meeting your individual quarterly and annual sales target
- Contributing towards the companys overall sales target by acting as a member of a team sharing information, providing support where appropriate, etc.
- Developing new business as and when required through referrals, recommendations, quality introductions and other appropriate methods
- Managing projects from start to finish including agreement of deliverables, candidate sourcing and qualification, the interview process, offer negotiation and project closure
- Researching the market and ensuring that you have the depth and breadth of knowledge required to be a subject matter expert in your specialist areas including knowledge of current trends, key players, etc.
- Meeting customers to capture hiring requirements, understand their business & provide quality input as a market expert
- Attending industry events for the purposes of networking
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience:
- Experience working in the recruitment market, preferably placing senior level people into client-facing roles (junior consultants require 1yrs experience in the business/commercial environment).
- Demonstrable track history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the banking, financial services, financial technology or sales recruitment market preferred for experienced consultants
- Fluent English language skills, written and verbal (other languages an advantage)
- Education: Undergraduate degree.
