Recruitment Researcher Banking / Finance - London
£20-22k basic + £40-50k OTE
Role Summary:
To provide essential operational candidate flow and management to the C & I Regional Recruitment Finance Teams in order to maximise service delivery within Key Accounts.
This international multi-disciplined Recruitment organisation is looking for a Researcher to help really drive an already successful team forward for their London branch. They are widely recognised and held in the highest esteem. Candidates will have to have previous research / or similar experience, be well organised and administratively superb with high levels of drive and enthusiasm. This exciting position with an excellent employer will not be available for long!
This role will involve:
·Managing and expanding the live database of candidates and clients
·Producing and maintaining consultant reports
·Administrative duties, supporting the team in producing client presentations and tender documents.
·Dealing with clients and candidates on a regular basis
·Researching target companies and gathering information
Analytical and research skills are essential, the successful individual will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. The role would suit a graduate who is driven, hard working and self motivated.
