On a daily basis you will be working with some of the biggest sport agencies, iGaming and Online Betting players in the market. Providing recruitment solutions to clients based not only in the UK but in Europe and South Africa.

My client has high ambitions of market growth and presence; never settling on hitting a target but always wanting to go above and beyond the expected. You will be assigned with a one-to-one mentor who is the top, highest billing consultant in the company. This is to ensure your development will be as rapid as possible with the view for you to become as highly skilled and knowledgeable as is required.

You will be responsible for:

• Recruiting for a range companies and clients of the sector including high level sport agencies, sport sponsors and for global sporting events.
• Business to business cold calling
• Candidate generation
• Developing leads through networking events
• Mentoring candidates through the demanding interview process; right through to the acceptance of a role

Successful Candidates:

• Able to demonstrate your proudest achievements and show your competitive nature with a need to succeed
• You should have a passion for sales and have a strong desire to earn over and above the average
• Sharp, articulate, passionate and very money motivated.
