Trainee Recruitment Consultants needed ASAP!

One of the largest and fastest growing recruitment companies worldwide are looking to recruit several Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

You should be of graduate calibre and/or working in a sales environment, looking to enhance your career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will need to be hard working, ambitious, sales focused and driven to succeed.

A career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is fast paced, dynamic and always changing. No two days are the same and you will get to meet many different people from different walks of life. You should be able to build strong relationships and be confident over the phone.

A Trainee Recruitment Consultant is responsible for;

- Writing and posting job adverts
- Conducting interviews with graduate / trainee candidates
- Finding clients looking for graduates or trainees
- Speaking to clients to understand their requirements
- Shortlisting graduates / trainees for potential roles
- Sourcing graduate / trainee candidates using several online portals
- Updating and maintaining a database of graduate / trainee candidates

Graduate / Trainee Requirements;

- Educated to degree level
- Preferrably some sales experience or achievements in career to date
- Ambitious, Competitive, Motivated & Hungary to earn a six figure salary
