Trainee Recruitment Consultant Finance London Basic £18k + commission 1st year OTE £35-£45k SGLnFiRc104 If you're looking to start your career as a recruitment consultant and want excellent training, career progression and a fun but professional environment, then this is a fantastic opportunity. Each recruitment consultant at this company specialises in a specific area, so the focus is on providing an excellent service and knowledge base for clients. As such, candidates need to have an interest in financial markets. In addition you will need to be hard working, resilient and tenacious, and will need to have evidence of these qualities from your education and/or work experience. As a trainee recruitment consultant you will receive intense training, internally and externally, but will be responsible for running your own desk. You will not be micro managed, and will be expected to have the drive to work hard on the phone to generate activity and achieve results. This means business development by cold calling potential clients, and candidate generation. You will then manage the interview process, and account manage current clients.
