Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant -IT/Engineering Recruitment - To £18k + OTE £30k-£40k Yr One + Training, Career Progression, Incentives, Car Scheme and Company Holidays. Your Profile As a Graduate Trainee Sales Recruitment Consultant you will have the superstar qualities that are required to succeed in Recruitment Sales: determination, competitiveness and resilience. If you want the opportunity to work your way up to a Managing Recruitment consultant within 18 months then this is the role for you! Ideally a Graduate or of Graduate calibre, no experience is necessary, all that needed is the right attitude, drive, motivation and hard work. The Role Working for a boutique specialist, recruiting IT or Engineering professionals, your role will involve business development and developing client relationships. The ability to communicate and build rapport is a must! You will be trained on how to recruit in an ethical and professional way in order to develop an fantastic reputation in the market place which will lead to increased business due to recommendation.
