Recruitment Consultant - Commercial Permanent Desk - Manchester City Centre - To £28k Basic DOE + Excellent OTE + Benefits Your Profile As a Recruitment Consultant you will currently be already working in Recruitment, ideally within the North West commercial marketplace, and looking to progress their already successful Recruitment career to the next level as a Senior Consultant. You will be professional, driven, motivated, focused with a 1st class work ethic and a passion for Sales and Recruitment. You will be well presented, articulate and be able to communicate with clients and candidates in order to become a high achiever and respected consultant within your chosen Recruitment field. The Role You will be coming into a small, motivated team of experienced Recruitment Consultants covering the Manchester commercial marketplace. With a very successful temps desk already established you will be working closely to build an equally successful desk on the permanent Commercial side. You will be taking over a semi-warm desk, however the position does require a strong business development focus. You will be initially making contact and then selling the benefits of working with you as an expert in filling there requirements. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be building relationships to the highest degree, be that face to face visits, regular contact, dropping off gifts and any other creative ways that you can think off. You will also be working closely with quality candidates as well who match the skills required to place with your clients. This desk is a full 360 and requires someone who is very much ready for the challenge yet driven to receive the rewards that come with the hard work.
