Recruitment Consultant - Sales, Marketing and Call Centre Recruitment - To £25k + OTE £45k + Excellent Company Benefits - Manchester Your Profile As an experienced Recruitment Sales professional, you will have gained Recruitment Sales experience in any sector and have a track record of exceeding recruitment sales targets. You will be a credible, professional, commercially aware and highly driven individual who is keen to make your mark within a reputable and specialist company. The Role Working within a small yet lively team in a much bigger office environment, you will have specific responsibility for a defined market sector recruiting either middle or senior level positions on either a local or national basis. The role will include both account management and business development and you will be required to build long term relationships with candidates and clients, as well as being commercially aware of client businesses and market sector trends. The Company This company were established in 1996 and are part of a larger well known global business who are the third largest global supplier. They have a small network of offices nationwide and as members of the REC, take a quality orientated approach to their recruitment.
