The Package:
Competitive basic salary of around 22K, depending on experience, plus OTE. Additional benefits include 20 days holiday a year (increasing with length of service), pension contributions, employee protection scheme (life insurance, income replacement benefit and critical illness insurance.

The Person Spec:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the recruitment sector. The successful candidate will have a total commitment to expansion, reinvestment and their own development as a successful recruitment consultant that will set our client apart from their leading competitors. You must also have a great sense of humour and a desire to work in a lively team environment with a genuine work hard play hard ethic!
Working within a fast paced sales environment, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle; day-to-day tasks include business development, interviewing candidates and handling vacancies from taking in initial job descriptions to negotiating final offer. To succeed you'll need to have a natural sales ability, be hard working, enthusiastic and have drive, initiative and ambition to succeed.
