This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Recruiter to set up a Public Sector & Charities team in Manchester for a multiple award winning, leading London Recruitment Firm.

Specializing in retained search Recruitment across Public Services & Charities, Banking & Finance, Commerce & Industry you would be working for the 5th largest recruitment business in the world, mainly based in the US, and Japan.
My client is very well established and respected in the market, and are currently undertaking an aggressive expansion of their public sector desk.

The role will suit someone who can work autonomously and does not need close management. You will be managed remotely (from London) so you need to have the drive and initiative to establish the business as you see fit.

You should be an ambitious consultant with good knowledge of the Finance sector, however, an outstanding candidate with a background in another sector will be considered.

The remuneration package offered includes a very competitive basic (negotiable depending upon experience) and an excellent uncapped commission structure, which means that new joiners can expect fantastic earnings in their first year.
