We are currently recruiting for a very well established, boutique recruitment consultancy based in Luton. The Business is owned by two very experienced individuals and has been established for several years and has one of the best reputations in Luton, within their sector of recruitment.

They are currently seeking a Consultant to take over a very hot temps desk. Your role will be to manage the clients and candidates on the desk and generate new business as well. You will also need to realize the importance of service to both candidates and clients alike. The business places great emphasis on and prides itself on offering a very good level of service to clients and candidates leading to repeat business and plenty of referrals. This is an opportunity to earn good commission as you will be walking in to a ready made desk.

The role
• Taking over and maintain a HOT temps desk
• Sales & Business Development
• Managing Accounts
• Arranging & attending client business meetings
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Ensuring all candidates are fully referenced (although support staff are in place to help with this)
• Taking responsibility for revenue targets

Person Specification
• Ideally, previous recruitment experience or a solid business to business sales background
• Strong sales ability
• Strong account management skills
• Motivation & drive to succeed
• Able to take responsibility for targets
• Supportive to fellow staff members with the ability to work in a team
