Our client is a Thames Valley business specialising in the sourcing, selection and placement of job seekers into temporary, contract and permanent positions. Based in Uxbridge our client operates 2 main specialist divisions, Accounting & Finance and Office Professionals. The company has been established for over 20 years and has an excellent local reputation in these sectors.

Vacancy Details:
Due to ongoing growth of the business our client is looking to add a trainee recruitment consultant to their Office Professionals team. Your purpose in this role will be to run a profitable permanent desk, meeting personal activity and contribution targets through the placement of candidates into the Commercial sector. This is a 360 recruitment role where you will be required to manage candidate, jobs and clients but with the strong support of the Commercial team members.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position you will have a strong sales background, working in a target driven environment. You have experience and confident selling both over the telephone and face to face. Ideally you will have knowledge or experience from the Commercial sector but this is not essential. You will however fulfil the following requirements:
Ideally you will live around the local areas to Uxbridge and have a rough knowledge of the surrounding areas.
As well as being able to fulfil this roles requirements you will also ideally have a good sense of humour and will value the friendly and fun team environment that this company can offer. You will be enthusiastic and committed to making a career in recruitment with this company.
Remuneration:
For successful candidates a competitive basic salary is on offer and will be reviewed on a case by case basis dependant on your experience. A generous commission scheme is also available with up to 30% commission rate available to high performers. In addition to this a comprehensive benefits package is offered including private healthcare and life assurance. Free parking is also available.
